[one-users] Ceph RBD and SCHED_DS_REQUIREMENTS

OK.
The problem is that SCHED_REQUIREMENTS is for the arguments in the DS
Template, if you want to keep the requirements, simply add and other
attribute (NAME = RBD), just like as CEPH_SECRET, CEPH_HOST or BRIDGE_LIST
