[one-users] Upgrade warnings! OpenNebula 4.4 release

Dear community,

OpenNebula 4.4 is around the corner waiting to be released. This email is a
heads up for those that are using OpenNebula's repos.

Since upgrading from OpenNebula 4.2 to OpenNebula 4.4 **requires manual
intervention**, please remember to either disable automatic-updates for
your system or for the OpenNebula repo, if you aren't willing to upgrade
just yet.

If you do want to upgrade, it's always important to read first the upgrade
notes and the compatilibity guide, and this applies to everyone!
