[one-users] hosts stays in INIT state on 4.3.80/4.3.85

Hi,

We upgraded our testbed to opennebula 4.4 beta (4.3.80, later to 
4.3.85). Initially hosts goes to STATE:ON, but if I disable host and 
reenable it stays in STATE:INIT forever.
