[one-users] Missing /usr/share/opebnebula/install_novnc.sh.

Hi Gerry,

I think that's a buggy debian package (uploaded before the official
announcement), can you try to download it again? It should be fixed.

NoVNC is included with OpenNebula so you don't have to downloaded
separately.
