[one-users] monitor done action VM in wrong state

Hi everyone,

When deploying VM's I get this error in the log everytime for every 
Template.
Sometimes it takes up to 5 Minutes until the VM is running. I tried to 
google the problem
but I haven't found anything helpful. If you need more Information let 
me know.
