[one-users] Really quick cloud API survey

Dear community,

We have created a very quick survey (only two questions) to collect
information about which cloud API is most widely used, and which cloud
API you would like us to enhance or implement (AWS, OGF OCCI, Google
Compute, DMTF CIMI, VMware vCloud or OpenStack).
