Did you change the auth parameter in sunsonte-server.conf?
{:auth=>"basic",

Try using "sunstone instead of "basic" authentication:
{:auth=>"sunstone",

Please when using the mailing list:
  - The subject should contain a brief description of the problem
  - Try to avoid attaching files. Instead, copy the relevant
information of the log as part of the email.
  - Reply to the mailing list.
