[one-users] sunstone internal server error

I noticed the following internal server error when I installed 3.9.80
(upgrading from 3.6.0):

 Also, possibly related, firefox keeps telling me:

 A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
