[one-users] Opennebula 3.8.1 with Xen 4.1

Hello,
i am new to OpenNebula and getting following error when i try to create a
vm with onevm create...
*error getting driver vm_xen*
It seems as there is a problem with the xen driver.
This is the vm.log

Can anybody give me a hint where the problem is and how to solve it?
