[one-users] created vm in failed state (help)

Hey,
thx for fast reply,

onehost list
   ID     NAME            CLUSTER     RVM      ALLOCATED_CPU 
ALLOCATED_MEM    STAT
    0     srv0050         -                   0              0 / 1600 
(0%)            0K / 35.3G (0%)         on
    1     srv0051         -                   0              0 / 1600 
(0%)            0K / 64.9G (0%)         on

There are actually no error messages from VM.
VM.log is empty because of pending.

i'm using 'ssh' drivers for TM_MAD.
