[one-users] failed to initialize KVM: Operation not permitted

Thank you for your reply,

I found the solution. As I said the problem begins after I restarted
physical hosts, because I disabled SELinux from  /etc/sysconfig/selinux ,
and this is not disabling it, so after the restart SELinux was enabled
again.
Instead the SELinux need to be disabled from  /etc/selinux/config
