[one-users] out: version `LIBVIRT_PRIVATE_0.8.3' not found (required by virsh)

I made mistake. It will be right:
oneadmin at debian:/home/see$ which virsh
/usr/local/bin/virsh

oneadmin at debian:~$ $PATH
-bash: /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/games:/usr/games:

Any idea?
