[one-users] How to recover from POWER-OFF?

Hi there,

My machines cannot recover from POWEROFF state.
According to the docs, I should be able to issue a RESUME, but I get the following error:

  [VirtualMachineAction] Wrong state to perform action

What can i do, other than restarting the machine?
