[one-users] Status `Failed` when i did try use ESXi host.

Hello all,
My configuration:
1. Front-end - Debian 6.0.6 and ON 3.8 and KVM. It is name `de
2. ESXi 5.0 - it is host2. ip 192.168.1.53.
3. Used NAS - model `share`
When i used only host1 it is work  normal. But i try use host2:
