[one-users] Opennebula update problem

Hi,

I have a problem about a month, that i can't update 3.9.8 to 4.0, because
onedb shows, that user_pool is empty. I have reinstall and it work, but now
it show this:

Version read:
3.9.80 : OpenNebula 3.9.80 daemon bootstrap

Database already uses version 3.9.80

What should i do?
