[one-users] Enable RBD caching

ceph.conf provides caching for rbd itself, but it has nothing to do with KVM afaik. But you can set caching parameters in disk section of vm template (cache=writeback, for instance). Take a look here http://ceph.com/docs/next/rbd/qemu-rbd/ for details.
