Hi Chen Xiang

Could you check that the BASE_PATH of the VMFS datastores (it should be
/vmfs/volumes/...), a previous message in the list reported an error in the
upgrade process.

Aditionally, as suggested by Jon, there should be messages in oned.log and
the execution of the monitor script directly should give you hints about
the failure.
