[one-users] Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and OpenNebula 4

Hi Michael,

you are right, we should provide packages for both the LTS (12.04) and the
latest version.

The reason why we didn't release packages for the LTS for OpenNebula 4.0 is
because we've undergone some big changes in our internal infrastructure for
this last release, which among other things means two things: (1) we are
going to provide package repositories in addition to downloadable binaries
and (2) we are going to provide source debs and rpms for all the packages.

In other words, we are right now in the interim in between the old system
and the new one, but you can expect to see packages again for the LTS and
the latest Ubuntu version in the next release of OpenNebula, which is by
the way very close :)
