[one-users] errors in sched log and vm stays in pending

I have verified that oned is running, the logs are constantly being updated.

I do not have the http proxy variable set.  (saw that issue in several emails).  But I also do not have a no proxy set either.

Hi

Check that oned is running, and that you did not have a http_proxy env. variable for the sched process. This error is because the scheduler cannot contact oned...
