[one-users] Cgroup blkio with Opennebula

It's perfect!

Now we'll try to modify all options of blkio to get the best performance
of individual VM's and introduce more parameters of blkio in templates.

At the moment, we are optimistic with the results and we'll inform us
about next steps very soon.
