[one-users] LVM volume doesn't get deleted after VM is nuked

Hi Andrzej

I think your problem is related to the delete action problem that was
discussed a few weeks ago:

It is scheduled to be fixed in Release 4.0 :

http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/1685

You should try using the VM Cancel action instead of the Delete action when
possible.
