[one-users] onemarket not found

Hi all,

why is the command "onemarket" (as mentioned here 
http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.8:marketplace) not found on my PC?

oneadmin at Arbeitsrechner:~/one-templates$ onemarket
onemarket: Befehl nicht gefunden. (mean "command not found")

I've installed ONE 3.8.3:

root at Arbeitsrechner:/home/jago/Downloads/opennebula/3.8.3/opennebula-3.8.3#
