[one-users] CPU Quota < 1

Hi there,

I can't set the CPU quota to a float.
I want the to setup the following quota template:

VM=[ CPU="0.5",  MEMORY="4096",  VMS="5"]

But it results in CPU=0 (unlimited).

Is this a limitation, or am I doing something wrong?
