[one-users] can't ping and ssh vm

I'm using the version 3.8.1. I used this document :
http://opennebula.org/cloud:vmware_centos
I can launch some vms but i can't ping or ssh vm. And i don't know how put
my own default gateway on vm.

Can you help me to resolve  my problem ?
