[one-users] [SECURITY FIX] EC2 server credentials

There is a problem in the EC2 server checking the validity of
requests. This patch should be applied to any installation that has
EC2 server running. The patch [1] can be applied this way:

 * Download the patch [1]
 * Go to /usr/lib/one/ruby/cloud/CloudAuth
 * Execute "sudo patch -p1 < <the patch>"
 * Restart EC2 server
