[one-users] System DS and multiple clusters

Hello all,

I'm unclear of how I should set a system datastore for, say, 2
clusters. Can these two clusters share a system datastore? As far as
the documentation goes, if a resource doesn't belong to a cluster then
that cluster cannot use it? Does this mean that I have to setup a
system datastore per cluster?
