[one-users] Cannot Create VMs

This error error 1062 : Duplicate entry '97-1368677892' for key 'PRIMARY'
is probably for the vm_monitoring table. You can ignore this.  It seems a
problem when accesing disk.0, (e..g disk space, NFS server errors...)
