Erm, if you read the documentation (!) here; 
http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel4.4:ignc 
entitled "Installing the Software 4.4" ( ;-) ) the link it quotes is the "downloads" variant ... 

I would guess (?) the address you have is an "old" one and they have standardised on "downloads.opennebula...." (??)

At http://opennebula.org/ there is an ubuntu repo with old packages 
at http://DOWNLOADS.opennebula.org/ there is right repository with updated packages

I have checked again, here I can see only 4.2 packages:

(I'm on Ubuntu Server 13.10, as far as I can see the 13.04 version works just fine with 13.10 ..)

Hello, 
I am trying to install 4.4 but as far I can see official ubuntu repositories are stuck at 4.2. 
And also there is no ubuntu 13.10 version but I can use 13.04 or 12.04 without problems. 

Where can I find updated repo?
