Hi Eduardo,

I think you might be missing a configuration step, check the
requirements section of VMware networking:

http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel4.4:vmwarenet#requirements

You need to execute the following in the ESX as root:

 $ chmod +s /sbin/esxcfg-vswitch
