You should take a look at the default oned.conf file [1] and look for any
other changes that might break things then.

I did some corrections on OpenNebula configuration and some erros were

For CentOS, the next line applies instead:
/etc/sysconfig/libvirtd (RHEL based): uncomment LIBVIRTD_ARGS=”--listen”

No, the VMM dummy drivers create dummy VMs for testing. They are just
"return true" scripts that do not perform any actual operation on any
hypervisor.
