If a VM is in pending state it can be due to one of the following resaons:
  * Is the scheduler running? (mm_sched)
  * Did you register any hosts in your cloud (onehost list)
  * Is there enough capacity in your hosts to deploy this vm? The scheduler
will try to find a host with enough CPU and MEMORY, to meet the values you
defined in your VM Template.
  * Did you define any REQUIREMENTS in your VM Template?
