[one-users] accessing the marketplace behind a proxy

Try adding this line to your ''/etc/sudoers'' after the last ''Defaults
env_keep ..." line:
Defaults env_keep += "http_proxy"

and restart sunstone:
sudo service opennebula-sunstone restart
