[one-users] How to successfully attch disk image to virtual machine on esxi5.1?

like the topic ,How to successfully attch disk image to virtual machine?
first , i create one image 
the Type i select datablock,
the Image Location  i select  Empty datablock .size 2G ,FS type vfat ,then create.


then i  attch disk image to virtual machine ,but faild .
anythink wrong ?


or how can i successfully attch a disk, pls help?
