[one-users] OpenNebula 3.8.3 and VMWare ESXi 5.0: internal error HTTP response code 403 for upload

Actually I have tried both root_squash and no_root_squash, with the same
result. (Yes I have restarted NFS server between retries, and even
restarted ESXi to make sure things were correct.)

Any ideas?
