[one-users] Sunstone problem after upgrade

For example, the dropdown in the top right which contains the name of 
the user and should let you log out, doesn't expand. Neither do any of 
the other dorpdowns. Also, when creating a template, I can't switch tabs 
for the rest of the settings.
