[one-users] TEMPLATE_NAME as a USER TEMPLATE attribute in 4.0-beta1

Hi,

Is it normal that TEMPLATE_NAME is set as a USER TEMPLATE attribute?

Shouldn't it be in the regular VM TEMPLATE attribute (just like TEMPLATE_ID
is)?
