[one-users] ERROR: failed to get domain

OpenNebula 3.8.70 has a little bug that gives that error message on
deployment but causes no harm. If you want to get rid of it you can
edit /var/lib/one/remotes/vmm/kvm/deploy and comment line 27

  https://github.com/OpenNebula/one/blob/release-3.8-beta1/src/vmm_mad/remotes/kvm/deploy#L27

After that execute a "onehost sync" so the script is updated in the nodes.

Reading the logs it seems that the deployment is correct:

  Wed Oct 17 17:11:26 2012 [VMM][D]: Message received: DEPLOY SUCCESS 11 one-11

It seems that the VM starts but somehow it is destroyed after a while.
One place you can find information on the problem is in the node, the
VM log file (/var/log/libvirt/qemu/one-<vmid>.log). If you don't find
any errors there it may be good adding VNC to the VM and connecting to
it as soon as it is in running state to check if there's a problem
booting the machine.
