[one-users] HA vs LB for OpenNebula controller

Hi,
You can't have 2 different OpenNebula daemons managing the VMs, because all
the data is cached, and that would cause inconsistency issues.
Both of them will try to monitor the VMs and Hosts, and the schedulers will
deploy VMs without any synchronization.
Is there any reason you need to do that? I always assumed the opennebula
start time is waaaay too low to consider this need.
