[one-users] sunstone_auth and ec2_auth lost

HI,
after deb package upgrade from 3.6 to 3.8 I lost the files suntone_auth
and ec2_auth in /var/lib/one/.one

How can I recover from this? I do not know the password of "serveradmin".

I tried to change it via:

oneuser password serveradmin XXXXX


but it fails (just shows the usage).


I also see an error (not related):

im_ganglia

It does not find the ganglia driver.
