Hi Paul,
You can create a new type tailored for your needs. If you edit
/var/lib/one/remotes/scripts_common.sh, line 227, function
mkfs_command you will find a case statement that switches between the
different possible $FSTYPES. You can add a custom made one (say,
"ext4_high_inode") that set the OPTS variable (passed afterwards to
dd) to the value you desire.
