[one-users] After an unexpected power outage , libvirt goes wrong

hi all,
After an unexpected power outage，I can't monitor hosts.
I investigate host status,
$ virsh
setlocale: No such file or directory
error: Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No 
such file or directory
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor

I restart libvirt-bin service,  and it doesn't work.
I reinstall libvirt-bin, none helps.
Anyone can give me some advice?
