[one-users] with virt-manager, new VM instance of RAW format works, but new VM instance of qcow2 format doesn't work !!!

dear opennebula community,

the 40GB is the virtual size of the image.vdi image, while the 1.3GB is the
acutal size of the image.vdi image.
