[one-users] user login problem in sunstone

I found an issue in oned.log, this is related to my upgrade problems.

At first I saw error file not found:
/var/lib/one/remotes/auth/quota/authorize

I copied  authorize file from a previous install , but now I have:

The problem is I indeed do not find the quota ruby file. Where should I
find this file?

I installed with deb packages.
