[one-users] Upgrade 3.8.1

Hello,

Can't wait to solve this live migrate issue, I updated to 3.8.1

The DB seems consistent for sums of quotas etc...

But no news on live migrate side.

Furthermore I lost the SSH connectivity to hosts and can ssh
passwordlessly, and hosts now appear in "ERROR"
The .ssh directory is still available for all oneadmin users etc...

Could you help ?
