[one-users] Avoiding manual restart of (persistent) VMs in case of host reboot

Hi Olivier,

thanks for creating the feature request! We're thinking about a solution
that can work with every hypervisor, not only libvirt-kvm, so the
implementation won't be as we discussed in this thread. But the feature is
reather interesting and I'm sure at some point OpenNebula will have it :)
