[one-users] VMs hang on BOOT - forever

Hi

BOOT here means opennebula trying to register and start the VM at the
hypervisor. If the VM does not proceed to the next state (RUNNING) you
will not be able to access the VM nor the services offered by the
hypervisor like VNC. Also when the VM is RUNNING means that the VM is
alive but internally it may be booting...

A VM that gets stuck  in BOOT usually means a problem with the
hypervisor configuration....
