[one-users] Launch a VM on a specific physical host

How do you launch a VM on a specific physical host?  I noticed that you can select the destination host when performing a live migration.

I'd like to be able to specify the destination host when creating a VM.  Not all of my hosts have the exact specifications (number of NICs etc) and, depending on the VM, I need it launched on a specific physical host.
