[one-users] connection refused while 'onehost create'

It looks like there's a problem with the probe output. Can you try to
execute this command from the frontend?

$ ssh newcluster-0 bash /var/tmp/one/im/run_probes kvm 0 newcluster-0

This will execute all the probes manually. Send us the output please.
