is it possible to give priority to particular VM with rank policy...
because in the link http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.2:schg, there
is one option for custom rank....
so please guide me about this.

is it possible to made custom rank? if yes than please guide about this....

as per the my knowledge, i think load aware policy might be helpful for
you...
Rank = "-FREECPU"
