[one-users] create vm error : No space left on device

Hi,

What I meant it that an external script could monitor each physical host,
get the free storage and, if it is lower that a threshold (e.g. 10 or 20
GB) execute a 'onehost disable hostname'.

This way you will prevent the scheduler from sending VMs to that host from
that moment onwards.
